Goodbye Yellow Brick Road – Screenprinting
Many thanks to the generous staff at Brighton Bay for the opportunity (and the assistance) to do some screenprinting for the Goodbye Yellow Brick Road exhibition. We had a great time and there’s one (yes only one) great print as a result. There’s a few decent proofs too… but that’s another story. Yes, we will be dropping a proof back for you guys at Brighton Bay soon. Hope to see some familiar faces at the show.
By the way, the piece is called ‘Do Androids Dream?’. It’s a love song.

Bicycle Film Festival – Poster
Let he who frowns upon the Bicycle Film Festival suffer that loss of potential momentary bliss. It has films and bicycles. What could be better than that (I’m serious)? Hey, wait a second Alter, it’s so much more than that! This poster is proof.
A new event at Lucky. The email went like this: “Hey mate, we’re running Oktoberfest from 19th to the 31st with a big party and bbq on Saturday 31st. 5 German beers on tap and one Czech pilsner”. Such a good email. So we made a poster out of it.

Zouk Club - Tee Prints
A series of prints for Zoukclub in Singapore. Little romantic gems revolving around music. From lonely German electro break-up to gay Paris-Roobaix. And don’t forget the the steaming Japanese shower song. Music is universal.

‘Remember The Fundamentals’ (320 x 450) and‘Alter’ (320 x 450) were our contributions to the Melbourne Museum Of Printing’s fundraiser on Sunday May 17 2009. It turned out to be a great day with a fantastic turnout, letterpress demonstrations, live music from The Primitive Calculators, and $5 snags. Thanks to Warren and the MMOP family for asking us to be part of such a special event.
